
Guided Olive Oil Tasting with Emily Lycopolus
The Oregon Olive Growers Association invites you to join us for an olive oil tasting event, featuring a special guided tasting and an introduction to Oregon extra virgin olive oils.
We are honored to be joined by renowned olive oil expert Emily Lycopolus. Emily is a certified olive oil sommelier, taster, educator, and best-selling cookbook author. Learn more here: https://oliveoilcritic.com/
Emily will teach us how to taste oils, explore their various uses, and evaluate the quality of the oils in our own kitchens.
Additionally, the OSU Olea Project will share a special announcement alongside an update on their 2025 harvest. We will also hear from Paul Durant of Durant Olive Mill, who will discuss his recent grove and milling experiments.
