 1 cup Calico Popcorn kernels
 6 tbsp Durant Olive Mill Basil Fused Olive Oil
 2 tbsp San Juan Island Sea Salt - Popcorn Blend

Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add one popcorn kernel, when it pops, your oil is ready for the remaining kernels.

Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pot, and cook until popped, shaking the pot occasionally to settle kernels to the bottom. 4 to 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and drizzle the popcorn with the remaining olive oil while stirring. Season with San Juan Island Sea Salt - Popcorn Blend and then give one final stir. Transfer to a serving bowl.
