Morning Yoga in Nature – A Fundraiser for Wine Country Pride
Join us for a Sunday morning yoga class with instructor Rose Schneider of Boho Yoga. This class is an all-level* morning flow practice.
This is a fundraising event and 100% of the proceeds are donated to Wine Country Pride.
Center yourself and ground your beautiful being in the exquisite surroundings of our peaceful Stoneycrest Meadow, just a short walk from Red Ridge Farms. Greet the morning with the sounds of birdsong, rustling leaves, and a short meditation to maintain breath awareness. Postures will be linked together in breath-centered patterns that feel organic and nourishing. At times we will hold shapes a little longer to explore and experience our inherent strength and presence before winding down towards the earth for deep relaxation. Whatever the posture or intensity you inhabit, you’ll leave feeling a calmness that makes for an incredible day open to more joy.
Stay after for a complimentary Durant Vineyards Brut mimosa and fresh fruit.
