Our roots run deep in Oregon, where we live by the Code of the West. Our parents, Ken and Penny Durant, taught my sister and I the value of hard work and inspired in us a love of the land. I have so many memories of planting vines with my mom in the spring, then growing up and learning how to harvest and finally, teaching my own daughters how to plant vines and pick grapes. Every big moment in our lives is defined by this land, the work we do here and the family we share it with.

Experience Durant Vineyards estate-grown and crafted wines from our beautiful Dundee Hills Wine Tasting Room at Red Ridge Farms. Perched above the dramatic Willamette Valley, both the Durant Vineyards Tasting Room (open by reservation) features incredible views of Mt. Hood, Mt. Jefferson, and miles of diverse agricultural land. Enjoy one of our signature picnic platters which feature local charcuterie, cheeses, Durant Olive Mill evoo drizzled baguette, assorted pickled veggies, and dried fruit. Durant Vineyards Tasting Room is open by reservation only at this time.

PRIVATE VINEYARD CABANAS
Immerse yourself in the tranquil sights and sounds of Durant at Red Ridge Farms from one of our secluded vineyard cabanas. Available for up to four guests per reservation, our cabanas are perfectly appointed for a casual yet elegant, open-air, two-hour retreat. We will escort your party on a short ATV ride into the vineyard to your own private wine country lounge. Included with your reservation is a complimentary bottle of Durant Vineyards Rosé of Pinot Noir and a light picnic for four. Experience the stillness of nature among the vines while sipping from your own private retreat with friends and family.

The Estate Educational Experience
This experience offers a unique opportunity for travelers and locals alike. Join us for a guided tour of the Durant Olive Mill and adjacent estate olive grove, followed by a traditional Blue Glass Tasting, where you will learn more about how our estate milled olive oil is made, what extra virgin means, and how to properly taste for quality and freshness. The olive oils will be thoughtfully paired with a variety of savory and sweet small plates to demonstrate how extra virgin olive oil can elevate even the most humble of foods. Durant Vineyards estate wines will round out the tasting as we compare different elevations, clones, and vintages of our estate and further explore the ways in which wine and olive oil complement each other and food.

VINEYARD ATV TOUR and WINE TASTING
Feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin as we weave through the vineyard rows in our all-terrain passenger vehicle. We will cruise down the hillside making stops along the way to enjoy Durant Vineyards estate wines from our current flight. As a final stop, we will arrive at the Durant Vineyards Winery and Barrel Room for a tour and additional wine tasting. This fun, guided tour of the estate is limited to four guests at a time. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

VINEYARD TRACTOR TOUR
Climb on to our tractor passenger trailer for an entertaining ride through the rolling acres of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, and estate olive orchards. We will make stops to taste Durant Vineyards estate wines from the very block where the grapes grow and learn more about the Durant family’s nearly 50 years of agricultural, viticultural, and winemaking ethos. We will dive deep into the geology, micro-climates, and unique sense of place that Durant Vineyards wines reflect. This fun adventure includes a tour of the Durant Vineyards Winery and Barrel Room. Take in the iconic vistas and rolling landscape synonymous with Oregon Wine Country as we wind back up the hill to the farm.
