Hispanic Heritage Month ends October 15th and we’re sending it off with an extra special session with our partners over at Hungry Life Live series, jam packed with celebration as they honor their Hispanic roots. There are endless ways to honor heritage, but one of our collective favorites is through food. And especially when that means gathering in the kitchen and preparing food together.
In this heartfelt live session, you’ll use tortillas hecho a mano (handmade tortillas) as a jumping-off point to playfully explore and create your way through fillings for tacos – that oh-so-delicious and adaptable dish that is always in season – and the many creative ways we can use tortillas! These virtual gatherings are part conversation, part methodology, part demonstration, and an all-around good time. Sprinkled with tips, tricks, and techniques all along the way.
