Join us in welcoming, for the first time ever, Chef Aaron Bedard from the award-winning Stephanie Inn & Dining Room, located in Cannon Beach, Oregon. Known for creating locally inspired, peak-of-season dishes, Chef Aaron offers a culinary exploration of the bounty of the Pacific Northwest in every unforgettable dish he crafts.
Chef Aaron will be providing a playful approach to the table this year with an individual crab boil for each guest, along with a variety of appetizers, all showcasing the Durant olive oils and wines you know and love.
