At this virtual cooking class you will learn to bake delicious bread at home like a pro! Kusuma Rao, Chef/Owner of Ruchikala Personal Chef Service, is back (she has taught wonderful cooking classes at the farm) to lead you through the bread making process, step-by-step. We’ll explore tips and tricks to make the best no-knead bread with a crispy crust and soft interior. Instruction will cover kneading, hydration, proofing and baking.

No special equipment needed. Ingredients, equipment, recipes, instructions, and Zoom link will be sent via email ahead of class date. All classes are recorded for your viewing convenience. Attend live, attend later, go back and review, whatever works best for you!
