Olio Nuovo Virtual Cooking Series – HAND FORMED PASTA

Cooking with high quality, freshly milled olio nuovo is a one of a kind experience.  This fresh, fragrant, bright green oil is left unfiltered, allowing the notable flavors of extra virgin olive oil to shine.  Each variety of oil has its own unique flavor profile and can be used in any dish calling for extra virgin olive oil.  In this virtual cooking series, you will learn from the pros how to incorporate our “liquid gold” into your everyday cooking.

Olive oil and pasta are, arguably, the most iconic culinary pairing for thousands of years. In this virtual class, you’ll learn several hand-formed pasta shapes like cavatelli, orecchiette, Caputi, and more. This class includes an easy sauce recipe using Durant Olive Mill Olio Nuovo, and cooking and storage instructions. The class duration is 1 hour.
