In this virtual cooking series, you will learn from the pros how to incorporate our “liquid gold” into your everyday cooking.

We are honored to be working with the Durant family and the Durant Olive Mill to bring to you this Pacific Northwest Albacore Tuna virtual cooking class. In this hour-long, demonstration-style class, you will learn how to properly fillet an Albacore Tuna loin and hoe to create an olio nuovo centered meal using local ingredients. What’s on the menu: Olio Nuovo Marinated and Pan Seared Oregon Albacore Tuna with Charred Carrot & Hazelnut Romesco Sauce and Olive Oil Poached Leek, and Roasted Potato Salad.
