- ΒΎ oz Lime juice
- ΒΎ oz Geranium leaf syrup
- 1 Β½ oz White rum (or vodka if preferred)
- Extra lime scented geranium leaves for garnish
- Soda water
Lime Scented Geranium Syrup
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 5-6 Lime scented geranium leaves
For Geranium Syrup
- Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add a handful of geranium leaves (any scented geranium can be used for this recipe, but we recommend using lime-scented geranium).
- Let mixture steep until cool. Strain and store refrigerated for up to a month.
For Geranium Mojito:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, geranium syrup and rum (or vodka if preferred). Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds.
- Strain into a glass, fill 3/4 of the way with ice, then top with soda water.
- Garnish with a fresh geranium leaf and enjoy!
