Official Blue Glass Tasting
A guided tour of the Durant Olive Mill and introductory tasting of our 4 estate-milled extra virgin olive oils using official EVOO competition tasting glasses; an engaging and educational experience to help the consumer better understand how to recognize a quality EVOO.
EVOO Expert Tasting
A guided tour of the Oregon Olive Mill, followed by an exploration of our 4 estate-milled extra virgin olive oils. EVOO will then be paired and tasted alongside a variety of proteins, starches, vegetables, and sweets to better understand the ways in which EVOO can elevate even the simplest of foods.
The Estate Experience
A guided tour of the Durant Olive Mill, followed by an exploration of our estate-milled extra virgin olive oils paired with a variety of proteins, starches, vegetables, and sweets to demonstrate how EVOO can elevate even the simplest of foods.
Durant Vineyard estate wines will round out the tasting as we compare different elevations, clones and vintages of our estate, as we will further explore the ways in which wine and olive oil play off of one another.
