One of our most cherished club gatherings! Raviolio is the first celebration of the olive harvest where members are invited to experience the season's first pressing of Olio Nuovo alongside ravioli prepared by the Durant Culinary Directors. Together, we toast the new harvest and kick off our annual Olio Nuovo Festival with the freshest flavors of the season.
