What if I need help planning or customizing my order?

How far in advance do I need to place my custom order?

Please place your order at least 6 days before your requested ship date, allowing additional time for shipping. For last minute requests, please send us an email at corporategifting@durantoregon.com and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your situation.

Can you hold my order for a later date?

Yes! At checkout you’ll be given the option to ship your order ASAP or schedule it for a future date, up to 18 weeks later. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order.
