2017 Bishop West Pinot Noir

Lively garnet in the glass with rich aromatics of strawberry, red cherry, violets, dark chocolate, anise, and sweet French oak. The palate brings diversity from ripe muddled cherries and rhubarb pie, to rich leather, dried tobacco leaf, clove, nutty, and floral notes. Velvety tannins and fresh acidity are complemented by a supple mouthfeel which come together to highlight layers of flavor long after the last sip.
