Nose:  Crème de Cassis; Black Cherry; Mint; Dried Earth; Grated Ginger; Blueberry; Coriander; Salted Black Licorice; Dark Chocolate; Tree Moss; Toasted Oak

Palate:  Blueberry; Clove; Fennel; Raspberry; Mocha; Blackberry; Pine; Iron; Cinnamon; Sea Foam; Cumin; Grilled Cedar; Lavender; Crushed Peppercorns

Mouthfeel:  The entrance to our 2019 La Casita Pinot noir is dark, but vibrant.  The mid palate brings a lovely depth and breadth to fill your entire mouth.  The oak, fruit, earth and spices are beautifully balanced and have enough acid to stay fresh through a lingering finish.
