Ekone x Durant Koroneiki Smoked Oysters

Smoked Oysters with Durant Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil.   Five generations of the water meet five generations on the land.  Ekone's slow-smoked oysters are paired with Durant's estate-milled olive oil.  A true farm-to-tin collaboration.
