We're excited to release of our 2025/26 Estate Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Milled at Durant Olive Mill in autumn of 20 25 using only olives grown at our farm in Dayton, Oregon. A noteworthy blend of Leccino, Arbequina, Koroneiki & Picual olives milled, blended, and bottled by Master Miller K. Paul Durant.

This vibrant oil features notes of artichoke, raw almond, and the herbaceousness and pungency of arugula. While perfect for finishing or dressing raw vegetables, this blend is at home in many recipes and styles of cuisine.

The Estate Blend is packaged in a handsome box to protect against harmful sunlight.
