This pasta is produced locally by our friends at Rallenti Pasta in Portland, Oregon. It is crafted using 100% durum wheat flour from Shepherds Grain, sourced from local farmers committed to sustainable, regenerative agriculture.

Our Durant Pinot Noir and Black Garlic Tomato Sauce was inspired by the deep purple, nearly black fruit that produces Oregon's premier wine varietal - and our favorite here at Durant Vineyards - Pinot Noir. To expand on the "Noir" theme, we selected black garlic to introduce a depth of umami and a subtle sweetness that perfectly complements the ripe tomatoes.
