1 lb diced tomatoes, drained
Durant Olive Mill Olio Nuovo evoo
3 fresh basil stalks, stems removed
1 tbsp chopped garlic
½ tbsp Kosher salt
Durant Kitchen Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
Rustic baguette, sliced and lightly toasted

Place diced tomatoes in a colander and let drain for 5 minutes.

Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until all is combined – approximately 4-5 pulses.

Once combined let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavors to marinate.

Spoon onto sliced baguette and top with Durant Roasted Garlic Sea Salt and a generous helping of Durant Olive Mill Arbequina Olio Nuovo EVOO.
