Creamy Pesto Bean Salad

You’ll only need a handful of ingredients and a few minutes to put together a creamy dense bean salad packed with flavor. This recipe makes use of Durant Basil Fused Olive Oil to take a quick pesto dressing to the next level. Pour all of your ingredients into a big bowl, add the dressing, and stir to combine. You have the perfect salad on the table for summer gatherings or even to save as an easy grab-and-go lunch in no time.

Hot Honey & Lemon Vinaigrette Spring Salad

Did you know you can make your own hot honey to use in a variety of ways? It’s simple, and you’ll only need two ingredients. Make a batch and mix it into an easy vinaigrette recipe for a vibrant summer salad. Need more ideas? Top pizza with hot honey or pair it with a chicken sandwich.

Rainbow SaladNo matter the season, a big hearty salad is sure to please. Even better? If you make a homemade dressing using simple ingredients to enhance its flavor. This salad starts with a base of kale and cabbage, with plenty of fresh fruit to dress it up. To complement the base ingredients, whisk together a lemon-fused dressing to pour over top. Wild Rice & Pomegranate SaladFeatured at Winter Club Release Party, January 2025. When most people think of salads, wintertime usually isn’t the first season that comes to mind. Humble winter vegetables and grains like wild rice and wheat berries are some of my favorite combinations, especially as a hearty salad when dressed with our sweet and tart Durant Pomegranate Vinegar and a healthy drizzle of Durant Mission EVOO. Winter Radicchio Caesar SaladThis wintertime version features crisp winter radicchio, garlicky bread crumbs toasted in Durant Garlic Fused Olive Oil and then finished with ample shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. With it’s bold notes of black pepper, artichoke and radicchio, I find the Durant Mission EVOO to be the perfect compliment to this Caesar dressing recipe and it pairs so nicely with the often under appreciated winter radicchios and chicories.
