10 Feb Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Hummus

3 ½ cups cooked chickpeas drained and rinsed (or 2 15oz cans)
⅓ cup smooth tahini
10 tbsp Durant Jalapeño Fused Olive Oil, plus more for finishing
6 tbsp fresh lime juice, more to taste
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp sea salt, more to taste
1 bunch cilantro, reserve a few stems for garnish
1 Chopped jalapeno, seeds, and stem removed

In a high-speed blender or food processor, place the chickpeas, tahini, Durant Jalapeño Fused Olive Oil, lime juice, garlic. jalapeno, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding additional olive oil as needed and/or to reach your desired consistency.

Transfer to a serving plate, top with desired garnishes and serve!
