For Lavender French 75
¾ oz Lemon juice
¾ oz lavender syrup
2 oz Gin
For Lavender Syrup:
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
For Lavender French 75:

In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, lavender syrup, and gin. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds.

Strain into a large coupe, wine glass, or champagne flute.

Top with Durant Brut Sparkling Wine; garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
For lavender syrup:

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Remove pot from heat and add lavender. Let steep until cool.

Strain lavender buds out and store the syrup in the refrigerator for up to a month.
