
05 May Mason Jar Vinaigrette featuring Durant Champagne Orange Vinegar and Arbequina Olive Oil

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Small shallot
2 tsp Durant Fleur de Sel
A few turns of fresh cracked pepper
½ cup Durant Champagne Orange Vinegar
Juice and zest of one orange
3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme, chopped
1 ½ cups Durant Arbequina EVOO (or any of our other varietals)

Add all the above ingredients to a 16oz. pint jar. Shake vigorously until well emulsified. Will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks. Enjoy!
