Turn this summer mocktail into a delicious cocktail with a shot of vodka or top with prosecco! Recipe courtesy of Joseph Andreas.
1 cup Sugar
1 cup White Peaches (cubed)
1 Mint (3-4 leaves) and extra for garnish

In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, and fruit.

Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Add mint and let cool.

Strain and store in the refridgerator for up to a month.

Add a tall glass with ice and add 1-2 oz of peach shrub.

Top with soda water, stir, and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
