Pomegranate Quick Pickled Red Onions

 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
 1 cup Aperö Pomegranate Vinegar
 1 tbsp salt

Thinly slice onion and place in jar with closing lid

Add vinegar and salt, close lid

Let onions pickle in refrigerator for a minimum of two hours

Use on fish tacos, salads, on a mezze platter or dice into a relish
