¼ oz Agave syrup
¾ oz Lime juice
¾ oz Cointreau
½ oz Mezcal
1 ½ oz Reposado tequila
For Salt Rim:

Rub a slice of lime around the outer edge of a glass and roll on the Applewood Sea Salt
For Smokey Jalapeño Margarita:

Place all ingredients except olive oil into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds.

Strain into prepared glass with ice and float 3-5 drops of the olive oil on top.

Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
