Category, DifficultyBeginner

A simple, Greek inspired mezze plate is the perfect way to snack during the hot summer months. We’ve put together a few easy to make recipes featuring our Durant Koroneki extra virgin olive oil that can be made in minutes with just a few easy to source ingredients. A traditional tzatziki sauce of Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon and olive oil is the perfect summertime dip for fresh veggies or as sauce for grilled chicken or salmon, and our Koroneki marinated feta with sun dried tomatoes and herbs is a delicious snack that’s great on its own or sprinkled over a leafy green salad or grilled zucchini. Enjoy!
