10 Jun Charcoal Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Yields4 Servings
1 slab pork baby back ribs, cut in half
¼ cup Durant smokey BBQ Rub
2 cups Durant Rosé of Pinot Noir
1 bottle Durant Pinot Noir Barbeque Sauce
1Generously rub down all sides of the ribs with 1/4 cup of Durant Smokey BBQ Rub
2Let rest for a minimum of i hour or preferably overnight
4In a standard 9x13" baking dish, pour in the wine and place the dry rubbed ribs bone side down
5Tightly wrap the entire pan with aluminum foil so steam cannot escape
7While the ribs are cooking, preheat your grill to a med-low heat
8When the ribs are done cooking in oven, remove from baking dish and transfer to hot grill
9Lightly char up both sides of the ribs, then begin basting with Durant Pinot Noir Barbeque Sauce until nicely glazed and lacquered on both sides
10Continue to cook over indirect heat until desired tenderness and smokiness is achieved
11Finish with a light dusting of the Durant Smokey BBQ Rub and enjoy!
