2 eggs, hard boiled & finely minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp Durant Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp cornichon, minced
1 tbsp capers, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
Durant Fleur de Sel Sea Salt, to taste

Add all ingredients together in a bowl and gently mix. Sauce Gribiche is the perfect springtime sauce for dressing the season’s first asparagus and sprouting broccoli, or simply spooned over steamed salmon and new potatoes for a quick and delicious meal!
