For the Hot Honey:
1jarDurant Wildflower Honey
1 ½tspRed chili pepper flakes
For the Vinaigrette:
2tbspRed wine vinegar
4tbspDurant Lemon Fused Olive Oil
3tbspHot honey
2Garlic cloves, minced
For the Salad:
2cupsMixed greens
¾cupSliced cucumber
½cupSliced snap peas
5Radishes, sliced
¼cupHazelnuts, chopped
½cupParmesan, shaved
For the Hot Honey:

Empty the entire jar of honey into a small saucepan. Add red chili pepper flakes. Heat on medium-low heat until smooth, stirring frequently. Once it comes just to a simmer, remove from heat. Transfer back to the jar, straining if desired.
For the Vinaigrette and Salad

In a mason jar, add red wine vinegar, lemon fused olive oil, minced garlic, and hot honey. Shake to combine.

Combine mixed greens, cucumbers, and snap peas. Toss with the vinaigrette. Top with radishes, chopped hazelnuts, and shaved parmesan.
