2 Large slices of artisan bread
4 oz Sheep's cheese
1 cup Snap peas, stems removed
½ cup Strawberries, hulled
Handful of fresh herbs, flowers, and/or microgreens (try (try nasturtium, mint, tarragon or chervil)
Durant Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Flaky salt

Prepare a fire in a wood or gas grill. Brush both sides of bread with olive oil and grill over high heat,
turning, until toasted on both sides and lightly charred in places.

Cut snap peas on the bias into thin slices. Quarter strawberries, or halve if on the smaller side.

Spread grilled bread with sheep’s cheese, then top with snap peas and strawberries. Sprinkle with
flaky salt and shower with herbs and flowers. Cut toasts in half on a slight diagonal, drizzle liberally
with Durant Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
