Summer Feta Dip

Chilled apps are on the menu for summertime, and this easy recipe comes together in just five minutes. Use a base of Greek yogurt and feta cheese to make a tasty dip, with chopped veggies and Durant Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil to enhance the overall flavor. Pair the dip with pita chips, toasted bread, or vegetable sticks to serve it as an appetizer or snack.

 1 cup Greek yogurt
 8 oz Feta cheese
 2 tbsp Durant Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
 ½ Roma tomato, diced
 ¼ Red onion, diced
 ¼ cup Cucumber, chopped
 ¼ cup Pepperoncini, chopped
 Black pepper, to taste

Add the Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and olive oil to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Transfer the dip to a bowl or plate. Top with diced tomato, diced red onion, chopped cucumber, and chopped pepperoncinis.

Finish the dip with black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with pita chips, toasted bread, or crackers.
