A healthy twist!
3 cups Old fashioned oats
1 cup Sliced almonds, lightly toasted
1 tsp Sea salt
⅓ cup Local honey
¼ cup Shredded and toasted coconut
1 cup Dried cranberries
¾ cup Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp Ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet (preferably one with sides) with parchment paper.

In a large bowl combine oats, sliced almonds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.

In a small bowl combine olive oil, and honey.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir.

Spread mixture onto large cookie sheet (preferably one with sides)

Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Stir mixture then bake for another 10 minutes, until oats are golden brown.

Remove granola from oven and let cool on pan to allow granola to harden and create clusters.

Once harden remove from pan and store in air tight container.
