26 Jan Chia Pudding With Pinot Gris, Orange Blossom and Ginger Preserves
Simple prep-ahead breakfasts make mornings easier. Plus, they can double as afternoon snacks in a pinch. This chia pudding recipe serves double-duty, with a base of chia seeds and milk that chills and sets to form a creamy fiber-filled option that tastes like dessert. Layer the chia pudding with Durant’s Pinot Gris, Orange Blossom and Ginger Preserves for complex flavor, vibrancy, and a touch of sweetness. Top your chia pudding with fresh fruit and toasted coconut, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter or any other favorite topping before grabbing a spoon and digging in. Recipe courtesy of Molly Allen.
